BRIEF
To introduce Journey Clinic as a new facial aesthetics destination in Ealing, led by Dr Tara Francis. The brief was to create a refined, modern brand that reflected Tara’s natural, clinically grounded approach to aesthetics - building trust, credibility, and emotional connection from the very first touchpoint, while laying the foundation for a cohesive brand and interior experience.
WHAT WE DID
Developed a considered brand strategy and visual identity rooted in clarity, expertise, and authenticity. We refined the clinic’s messaging, tone of voice, typography, and colour palette to ensure the brand felt elevated yet approachable, and clinically credible without feeling cold. Working closely alongside Brand Interior Agency, the brand was designed to translate seamlessly into the physical space, ensuring consistency across digital, print, signage, and in-clinic touchpoints.
RESULT
A calm, confident brand identity that clearly communicates Journey Clinic’s values and clinical expertise while standing apart in a competitive aesthetics market. The cohesive brand foundation supported early awareness and anticipation ahead of launch, positioning Journey Clinic as a premium, trust-led destination for skin health and aesthetics in West London.
